Passed away at the Georgian Bay General Hospital on Sunday, June 2, 2019 at the age of 92 years. Predeceased by his wife Helen. Lovingly remembered by his daughter Jean Chapman and her late husband Steve, and son Joe Clay and his wife Christine. He will be sadly missed by 8 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 16 great-great grandchildren. He was the surviving last sibling of 8 siblings. Always a hard working family, Cecil and his brothers owned Clay’s Sodding formerly located in Etobicoke. A celebration of life will be held at the Wildwood Campers Association Recreation Hall, 164 Lone Pine Road, Port Severn on Saturday, June 22nd from 1-4 p.m. If desired, memorial donations to the C.N.I.B. would be appreciated.
